Freelander 2 Towing Capacity

The towing capacity of a Freelander 2 simply refers to the weight that can be towed by the vehicle.

There is the maximum unbraked towing weight which means how much something you are towing can weigh if it does not have its own independent braking system. There is also the maximum braked weight which means the maximum weight that something you are towing can weigh if it has its own braking system.

The average maximum unbraked towing capacity for Freelander 2 models is 750kg, which goes up to a maximum of 2000kg for braked trailers.
